Gaining muscle requires you to be in a calorie surplus, this means eating more than your body is burning. This will make sure you are adequately fuelled for your workouts and also recover optimally. progressive overload during your workouts also needs to be a priority. make sure you are tracking your workouts, and getting stronger week by week.

How many times a week do I need to go to the gym ?

Id recommend going to the gym wether thats a public gym or home gym I cater for both, at least 3 times per week, this allows you to be hitting your whole body with enough volume to make progress.
